Terms of service
A plain-language working draft for the CV Launch service. It requires Austrian legal review before checkout goes live.
1. Scope and contract
CV Launch provides individually designed CV documents and personal CV websites. Sending a project brief is free and does not itself create a paid order. A binding order is formed only after the final service, total price, timing and payment terms have been presented and accepted.
2. Your material
You confirm that you may provide and use all submitted text, images, documents and links. You remain responsible for the factual accuracy of career information. CV Launch may edit structure and wording but will not invent qualifications, employers or results.
3. Delivery and revisions
The indicative delivery times are 3–5 business days for a PDF and 5–7 business days for a website package after all required material is received. Each package includes 2 consolidated revision rounds. A changed scope is quoted before additional work begins.
4. Website operation
The website package includes hosting and an available standard domain for the first 12 months. Continuation is optional and is never renewed automatically. Premium domains, paid media and services outside the agreed scope require separate approval.
5. Consumer withdrawal
Any statutory withdrawal information and model form must be provided before a consumer places a binding order. If work should begin during a withdrawal period, the required express request and acknowledgment will be collected separately during checkout. This page does not replace that checkout step.
6. Final approval
You receive an opportunity to review the work before final delivery or publication. Publication takes place only after approval. CV Launch does not guarantee an interview, job offer or business result.
